Today I am going to tell you how to change the height and width of an image in windows 7. For this you need a software which is available here.Just click on following button to download the setup file.
Now
1) Install the software using setup file
2) After that Right click on any Image file.You will find an option called 'Resize Pictures'.

3)After click you will find this window.
There are five options Small, Medium, Large, Mobile and Custom. Select the option according to your choice. Choose Custom to change the dimensions according to your choice.select Stretch to and Pixels.Insert the dimensions in boxes.Left side box indicates Width of Image while right side box indicates Height of the Image.After that click on Resize button.and the image file will be created with inserted dimension.
There are also three options you can see.Only Shrink pictures,Replace the originals and Ignore picture rotations.Out of three only 2nd option works perfect,other two options are not working. If you keep 2nd option ON then your original Image will be replaced by new Image.My suggestion is turn it off. You can keep it on if you want.
