How to manage stress

We all face problem about stress management in our daily life.Check out the following ideas . they will help you to manage your stress better.





1) Complete the big tasks first. they will increase your confidence and give you a satisfaction that the bigger tasks are over,now  you can easily finish the small tasks.

2) Schedule your daily work.This will reduce the stress which comes due to nonscheduled work.

3) Everyday take minimum 6 hour sleep.

4) Don't waste your time in chatting. You should meet your friends,relatives personally if they live in your city. This will give you enjoy of life.Remember that old school days when you enjoy with your friends.

5) Never give up in your life. Don't accept your defeat. If you throw a ball in air it will definitely come on ground after some time.i.e. The days will change one day.

6) Try to change your life after some period.like change your fashion , color of the house, your favorite food.etc. If you do not change your life they you will find life boring.The monkey who has changed his nature periodically now become human and other are still monkeys.

7) If someone gone away from your life whom you like most,don't think now how can i live.yes you can live.If your parents gone away there are many people who were left by there children. Treat with them like your parents.If your girlfriend gone then other girls are available.

8) If possible try to go on a holiday trip with your friends. Arrange a party.

9) You can reduce your stress by listening music or watching a sports game.

10) There is another way of reducing stress. Don't be always angry young man sometimes make comedy.
